Download the 2026 certificate for live-animal air transport arrangements made through the Sharetheload platform. Complete it in duplicate and follow the requirements of the operating carrier and relevant authorities.
Sharetheload's role: Sharetheload is a technology services provider. It is not the carrier and is not a party to the carriage.
The shipper remains responsible for confirming eligibility, documentation, packaging, and all applicable government and carrier requirements before transport.

Obtain the required export, import, transit, health, licence, permit, and quarantine documents.
Use the current IATA Live Animals Regulations and the operating carrier's applicable variations.
Complete the carrier and shipper copies accurately, including the 24-hour emergency contact.
The certificate brings the journey, animal, container, declarations, and shipper confirmation into one document for the operating carrier.
Availability depends on government requirements and the terms, conditions, restrictions, and variations of the operating carrier. The certificate does not replace permits, health documents, quarantine approvals, veterinary evidence, or carrier acceptance.
Review the instructions, complete both copies, and retain the shipper copy with your records.
