Sharetheload respects your rights in your ideas. However, please do not submit any confidential ideas, suggestions, or information in any form. Regardless of anything your submission states, you understand that your submissions are voluntary and that the following terms apply to every submission, including feedback, ideas, suggestions, proposals, and other materials you send to us (“Submissions”).
By making a Submission, you agree that:
- your Submission is voluntary, unsolicited, and made without any expectation of compensation, credit, or confidentiality;
- you grant Sharetheload a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, implement, and distribute your Submission and its contents, in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any medium, without any compensation to you;
- Sharetheload has no obligation to review, respond to, or act on your Submission;
- Sharetheload has no obligation to keep your Submission confidential; and
- you confirm that your Submission is your own, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that you have the authority to grant the licence above.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information included in a Submission is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
